Dear all at Angels funerals

I write this with so much gratitude and thanks for what you did for us in relation to our wonderful Dads funeral. Everybody commented on how professional and beautifully smooth it all went, ( You all did our Dad and us proud ). Special thanks to Rafeal who arranged and conducted the service. Nothing was too much trouble and we did mess you around quite a bit which I apologise for, but you managed everything we wanted and then more than was expected. You are a wonderful man and I hope your bosses realise how sincere you are when looking after people at such a bad time. You made us feel as if you were just one of our brothers talking to us instead of just some man in a suit doing his job. The care and listening you gave us was something we never experienced when we had to do this for Mum and wish we came to you then too.
