A Big Big thank you for the service you provided us with for our Mum. What you did we believe was far more than what we expected from a Funeral home . Especially when you walked in the pouring rain and kept going till the end of our road ,” Beautiful ” .We found you to be so caring in every detail and everything was explained to us so we understood exactly what we needed to do, which was not a lot as you seemed to do it all. We think we have recognised afterwards looking back that what you asked us to sort out for the funeral you possibly would have done in a few hours instead of our day and half. You recognised when we were talking that we all needed to add something of our own for the last time and you gave us each a task so to speak which we welcomed. The photo you provided us with was awesome and so clever and is hanging above the fireplace . Thank you again from Trevor Linda & Carl.

Rafael, we would like to say a heartfelt thanks for the guidance and good advice you offered to us at a time when we really needed it and for the kind way such help was offered. You helped to make what was a very sad day more bearable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to other families.Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and we particularly appreciated your visiting us at home to arrange the funeral.
